Vaulted ceilings, local wood and plenty of natural light provide the backdrop for a king-size four-poster bed. Luxury linens, cabinetry and a full ensuite bathroom make this a spa oasis of your very own.

A large queen sized bed occupies a large bedroom with natural wood and lots of light. This bedroom shares the large main bathroom with its spa like feel and clean white tiled walls.

is a marvel in flexibility. The single bed during the day can quickly be transformed into a very comfortable queen bed at night. This bedroom has a fabulous ensuite bathroom and a sliding glass which allows you access to your own private area of the pool deck.

designed in the Bali Style with an expansive vaulted ceiling, this room is comfortable, functional and elegant. With sliding glass walls overlooking the gardens facing the sea, this room is part of the living space day and night. Our Villa is blessed with a sea breeze on most days, so opening up the glass walls makes a perfect environment even on the hottest days. The room includes and fully equipped western kitchen and ample space for dining and entertaining.

with ample room to dine outside with seating for 6 adults the Patio and Pool deck have lots of sun and shade depending on the time of day. The Patio and Courtyard are shady all day. The best thing about this area is the sea breeze which is almost always present keeping the area cool and very enjoyable.
Panorama Pool Villas is the home of Kluai Mai Luxury Villa. Situated on a scenic route called the Royal Coast Road, it is a secure gated community in a tranquil setting. Our community includes several common areas, including the giant pool and large Sala only steps away from the Villa.
Kluai Mai Luxury Villa is located next to the Royal Mountain Park Reserve overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, not far from the Kings Summer Palace The Reserve is home to Peacocks and Deer imported by Her Majesty the Queen of Thailand from India many years ago. This amazing nature reserve is out the Villa's back door, making it a true tropical paradise.
